Management is not very good, the gm comes and goes with no real direction. Good for extra money but would never rely on for a full time job. Late long hours and staff is all young.

Management is two-faced and does not care whatsoever about employees or members. Employees are allowed to be harassed and bullied with no repercussion, pay is terrible and they will lie to you about your wages. GM is never there, accountant gossips with another bartender to try to push other employees out. Do not trust them, they are jealous people

Very Tolerant of a new comers pace.

Thos job was very good for new comers 8nto the industry for weddings. Cooking to be more specific you must have a good memory and muscle memory as well. They will understand if you make mistake but making mistakes could cost people their lives. For example some people are terminally allergic to certain things if someone is allergic to mayo and you put mayo there thinking its tar tar sauce you are screwd. As is the person you are serving.
