Again, once inside, this is obviously due to personal connections of other dinosaurs in the area. Otherwise it's quite shocking to see a company with this sort of model not only still in existence but still using some old and outdated machinery and programming. The VP is definitely a micromanger, and has to be as during the time I was there and who I was under, nothing got done, and any mention of that got immediately invalidated due to the person having worked with them (the VP and P) for more than 15 years, so... Buddies. Nevermind that everything coming from this department was always over time over the limit and ridiculously bogged down by outdated models And methods. It would be great if they have changed, and it seems one of the major issues has been either removed or reworked, so light at the end of the tunnel there. Last thing to note: it does look like they finay got hit with the diversity bug. Small victories I guess. I always look for something positive family like work environment (but in 2020 no one is looking for that verbiage because we all know what that really means), It's overall quiet?
