I enjoy having the behind-the-scenes angle to help people achieve the milestone of buying their first home, luxury vacation home they've always dreamed of or sometimes refinance their current mortgage.
Draper and Kramer is a very busy company so the satisfaction of accomplishment and being productive is contagious. The production brought in by sales is passed along to operations and is an all-around productive company! I like that everyone is assigned to a team so it's a mini unit of people who communicate to achieve the common goal for the client. It creates a much smoother process. Plus, it's nice to have the balance of working together for other perspectives while also completing individual tasks.

Time zones. Not really something that the company can control and was only temporary for training. However, it was difficult trying to juggle different time zones when it came down to the training piece.
