No chance of advancement, short training period and must learn on your own, Management is very young, inexperienced and plays favorites with their employees. As for the Management located in mequon I honestly feel bad for them, I think that they personally do all that they can with the little freedom that DJO gives them but it all trickles down. Everything is so unorganized and communication is terrible. We are still firefighting and losing customers due to failed management attempts at restructuring.
