No chance of advancement, short training period and must learn on your own,
Management is very young, inexperienced and plays favorites with their employees. They are currently outsourcing their Customer Service Team to the Philippines and as a result many people are losing their jobs.

I have zero respect for upper Management (DJO) and their decisions.. they have RUINED us here at dr comfort. As for the Management located in mequon I honestly feel bad for them, I think that they personally do all that they can with the little freedom that DJO gives them but it all trickles down. Everything is so unorganized and communication is terrible. Its just a MESS here, Good luck to anyone that stays there.

People, laid back atmosphere, cake once a month

Company is in complete disarray after a disastrous system integration May '16. We are still firefighting and losing customers due to failed management attempts at restructuring. Board of Directors has given the word to clean house resulting in departments being outsourced internationally, lay offs, etc. Too bad, from what I hear the company used to be a fantastic place to work.

I apologize for how blunt this may come across but I feel the need to get to the point: GET A CLUE. Have some respect for your customer base (what is left of it), they are the reason you collect your $ every month. If you want to close the place and sell it off just do so. Stop with the secrecy, covert operations and engage your workforce. They are not the enemy, they are your life's blood and should be treated as such. Trust them.
