Drive time was an incredible company to work for! The culture was energizing and they were constantly pushing various incentives which made it a fun place to work. When you first get hired on this job they sit you thru 50 modules with no supervision basically. After training. It's still basically just that. You are expected to micro-manage yourself on every assigned task as they change everyday. Part of the team effort is to pull your own weight cus no one else will compensate for your disadvantages. Showing and selling cars. You have some reps selling over 20 cars a month and others sales people selling 10 but we still get paid the same which is not fair to the top sales people. No raises but they have you do more work sale cars,detail cars, inventory title work. 16 vacation days from the start.
