Training was very short and was not enough time to understand the job well. No job postings for employees everything is through HR. Fire you for any reason within the 90 day probation period.

I enjoyed helping the customers

There was favoritism and inconsistency's in this bank. Seemed to always be in turmoil. It was nice when I first started working there but then it became an unhappy place when knew management came in. Everything was stressful and it seemed as though we could get nothing right.

Didn't always get a break or sometimes no lunch away from work, the bank would buy lunch and we had to work through it.

Start my day at 7 am to 7 pm, I do only work 3 days a week. I have tried to move to a 5 days week, they said I am need in drive thru. My supervisor is a great person will help me. The hardest part of the job is not getting the support from your co-workers.
