I manage the business, maintain the books, and handle the day to day operations, including the inventory control. I provide training to all of our employees in the field of voice, data, fiber optics, software and hardware administration, and most important is help technicians sharpen their troubleshooting skills. I managed the Telecommunications department at my previous employment, however, I have been running the business at my current employment. So I have learned a tremendous amount about day to day operations of a successful business. We keep the environment friendly and upper management approachable, so everyone has an opportunity to express their opinion.. Hardest part of the job is ensuring that every client we touch is kept satisfied. The most enjoyable part of my job is internal, and external client interaction.
