Every days there are new. you will always have something to do and learn

- You have to develop yourself as they don't develop you - they claim they do but didn't see that
- Big ships is always hard to change directions hint no much innovation or transformation
- Communication and transparency is lacking - staff don't know the company strategy or directions (i.e. cutting cost, growing, focus on customers, etc)!
