No leadership within the company . Management ( District managers) is out for themselves and only care to meeting numbers. Which I understand it's also a business. But you forgot about your employees and most importantly you forgot about the people who made you who you are today. The painters & contractors.

People in corporate need to get in the stores and see what's going. Really see what products are being used and why. I feel like we spend so much money on creating more and more products to do the same job the original products have been doing.The original products WORK. Start investing more in your people, Do more for them, Do more for your contractors. Step away from your desk and come see what's happening in the stores. It's that simple.
