Amazing work environment, you get what you put in. The team is always willing to help and see each individual grow. From sales, to traffic, all the way from our strategy department. One big happy family. The sales cycle is exciting and rewarding- put in your all and you will see nothing but RESULTS! We have an amazing CEO & VP plus you get to meet some of the other individuals from our other global offices when they stop by! (Mexico, France, Brazil, German... just to name a few) . We have this exchange program once you make a year with the company that you can work from one of our other offices for a whole week and a seminar that the entire company goes on together once a year. Honestly one of the best places I've worked for in a very long time, you learn from the best and slowly mold into the perfect sales individual. I highly recommend to those with an entrepreneurial spirit, organized, and loves being coached. You won't find this in many companies, so appreciate that we at DynAdmic value each and everyone individual that walks through the door :). I have been working with DynAdmic in the sales department for a few years now. When I started I had no real knowledge about the digital advertising world and what happens behind the scenes. I have learned so much about the industry and I am constantly learning new things (never a dull moment here.) My manager is an amazing coach and is always there to support and teach us how to have the best sales approach for all our opportunities. The culture is amazing, from fun happy hours to team activities. We are all about teamwork and that's why we are all so close and have such a great time working together. I have nothing bad to say about this company. The team members are excellent and the benefits are nice.
