I've been working for e&e IT Consulting for a few years now. They work hard to place you in a job and work quickly to find a new position for you when your contract ends. Their benefits are good and the pay seems fair. The administrators and account managers are kind, personable people.
|
Because of the nature of the company, they can feel a little distant sometimes. Also, they do not seem to have a well structured system for promotions/pay raises when you are placed in a long-term contract. Also, it appears they do not perform yearly reviews so its hard to know where you sit with the company sometimes.

I think the biggest thing is, put into place a basic framework for how raises and promotions are awarded to people who are place in longer term contracts so the employees know where they stand.
