We work as a team, we are paid to work as a team, and the company culture excels for that reason, as well as your confidence that the job will be done well. Management is largely good at communication, I really appreciate that about them. There is a lot of room for growth and development and it's exciting to be part of a fast growing company! Office is open floor plan with natural light, and is in a nice location in Westlake, TX. EEN is VSaaS (Video Software as a Service) company that provides a Cloud VMS for those who want more out of their video surveillance system. Dean Drako is writing history and changing the video security industry, and he's a great guy. EEN has an empowering Executive Team that is very informative and caring. To list some of the pros, I would have to mention; Global tech company, job experience, Sales Kick-Off(The best week of the year: collaborative learning, room, and board, meet and great employees from Amsterdam and Japan office), college internship opportunity (Masters or Bachelors), unlimited PTO, free dental, health insurance, HSA, catered Thursday lunch, lunch with Dean (after getting hired), the opportunity for promotion, the people, startup, networking, great location, flexible working hours, holiday parties, department BBQs (Extended lunchtime), promotes from within, coffee & espresso machine, and last but not least the beer keg in the office. The professional experience gained at EEN keeps getting better every week. EEN employees were very accommodating and supportive during my Digital Marketing Internship for my Master of Science in Marketing during Spring 2019 semester. The short and sweet job description is the MDR team qualifies leads for the sales team, and we are the first line communication with the business owners who may or may not know about our company.
