Firm gives you all the tools to be successful. Technology has improved dramatically, good desk cuts, and latitude while trading. I have worked here 11 years and never been told to get out of a trade. Upper management does not micromanage traders. If you have a strong work ethic and understand what it takes to be a successful trader, this is the spot for you.

I really enjoy working at Eagle Seven because of the people. It's like a family.
Very little turnover.
Good bonuses.
Technology is always evolving and we get to work with latest and greatest.
There is a new gym in the building for tenants with lots of equipment, showers and towel service.
Collaborative environment across all teams.
Paid lunches
Health insurance benefits are amazing.
Annual review was replaced with continuous feedback model. I now have more conversations with my manager.
Office location is very close to the trains.

It's a fast paced environment; easy to fall behind if you can't keep up.
Parking garage is valet and it can take some time to get your car if it's busy.

Been working in industry for many years, at Eagle Seven for majority of that time. Has grown slowly over the years, but flat management structure has stayed the same. A lot of smart people in technology and talented traders. Pay is above average. I feel that hard work is rewarded very well. Benefits are good. Free lunch, good health insurance. Office location is close to both train stations (wfh because of covid right now).

Big egos not matched by pnl. Inferior technology that is 10 steps behind and poorly designed. Cold atmosphere due to the siloed nature of teams.
Bungled Covid response lead to the temporary shutdown of the company. They would rather have traders come in and risk their health because "market conditions are good" than use that supposedly good revenue to set up sustainable remote practices.
