Good starter job for young post-college folks looking to get their feet wet with some digital marketing skills. CEO was often absent. Employees were left to deal with unhappy clients. The clients are great, but other than that.... woof. The owner is an HR nightmare. He is inappropriate, rude and never on time - even to meetings with clients and potential clients.
