You set your own schedule with the students' families and you earn more per hour after your second student. I have no complaints and am actually very happy with the company. I LOVE that all my teaching supplies and materials for lessons are supplied to me. All I have to do is decide what to teach and when. Once your monthly paperwork is submitted, you are paid via direct deposit. The staff is also great at replying quickly to any emails. The company will make you come in for a training each time you take on a new student. Other than that, you log your tutoring session notes into their website and they pay direct deposit at the end of the month. Unless there is an issue with a student, you don't have to be in constant contact with the company. You really are out there on your own, with materials the company provides and whatever supplemental materials you bring for your sessions with each student. However, if you need new materials, you can always reach out to them and they will send it to you or you can pick it up at their office. The hardest part of the job for me was the traveling - this job is great part time work if you have a car and can get around.
