It is highly recommended that salary is negotiated to offset the loss of benefits. - Staff are encouraged to make suggestions/recommendations/enhancements, however, these are often dismissed, not explored, talk-less of implemented - Not much has been done to ensure the mental well-being of staff during the pandemic and working from home - Most managers exercise a dictatorship management style - Salary does not always reflect seniority within the company, some juniors may get more than their senior peers e.g. the LoD - Apparent office politics, some managers only have time for their 'favourites' even in work-related scenarios - Policies and procedures are not aligned within the wider bank - 30 min break only (8:30 - 1730) - Not enough diversity and inclusion. Great atmosphere, multicultural, encouraging, and the best banter across any sales team in the city. It's a challenging job, but definitely a place where knowledge is shared and there is never enough to learn. Morning reports led by our dealers are outstanding and I believe my HoD is just the best. Great product offering, fair office (never got any sort of preference for being a woman) and I am looking forward to seeing/ or being the woman to lead a team on the UK Salesfloor. Our 'get togethers' are always memorable! The salary and comms structure could really improve, the weakest in the industry.
