- Little to no compliance culture
- Depending on the position, the company offers little to no company benefits i.e. 3% pension contribution (this is not matched), discretionary bonus and no private medical or dental care etc. They do not offer even the most basic of benefits! It is highly recommended that salary is negotiated to offset the loss of benefits.
- Staff are encouraged to make suggestions/recommendations/enhancements, however, these are often dismissed, not explored, talk-less of implemented
- Not much has been done to ensure the mental well-being of staff during the pandemic and working from home
- Most managers exercise a dictatorship management style
- Salary does not always reflect seniority within the company, some juniors may get more than their senior peers e.g. the LoD
- Apparent office politics, some managers only have time for their 'favourites' even in work-related scenarios
- Policies and procedures are not aligned within the wider bank
- 30 min break only (8:30 - 1730)
- Not enough diversity and inclusion. Tick box quota like recruitment

- Put an immediate stop to facilitating non-compliant trends that do not sit well with regulatory bodies
- Exercise a coach/mentor management style. This proves to be more effective, no matter the industry
- Keep audit trails of meetings to limit repetitiveness and information getting lost in translation
- Actively seek to make positive changes based on the suggestions of staff
- When required, jump on board and get your hands dirty when all resourcing has been exhausted
- Read the room when in a meeting. If staff are not responsive, there is a reason.

Great atmosphere, multicultural, encouraging, and the best banter across any sales team in the city. It's a challenging job, but definitely a place where knowledge is shared and there is never enough to learn. Morning reports led by our dealers are outstanding and I believe my HoD is just the best.
Great product offering, fair office (never got any sort of preference for being a woman) and I am looking forward to seeing/ or being the woman to lead a team on the UK Salesfloor.
Our 'get togethers' are always memorable!

The salary and comms structure could really improve, the weakest in the industry. KPI's probably the hardest across all our offices and industry, nonetheless manageable.
