Overtime pay due to long hours Management doesn't treat you like a human being. They constantly disrespect and talk down to all employees. Too much work for too little pay. Becoming a lead should be exciting but they throw everything on your shoulders (including other leads work) if you show that you're willing to work hard. If you have any complaints, they shove it in your face and make everything your fault. The previous supervisor had a power trip and refused to help or listen. She picked her favorite's and allowed them to mistreat everyone. Even targeted some of the leads so her friends could get those positions. The pay starts at $17hr and they give you $18hr if you become a lead, God forbid. The hours are brutal! It's from start to finish which can last 14hrs and longer! This is not a job for anyone with a family or trying to better your education. You get a few hours of sleep and do it all again. Close to home, not a long drive Was told the starting wage at hire was 17 on 1st shift. Then was told I would be knocked down to 15.50 an hour on unless I would go to second shift then I would make the 17 and hour. Was just fleeced 1.50 an hour because they needed somebody on second. I would not recomend this company to anyone as to the company culture and practices.
