Just target driven They start off trying to promote and want good customer service in training. Then you start to see actually customer emails and begin to realise its quanity over quality. E mail threads are nothing but complaint after complaint up to 30 40 email threads by customers, because the advisors dont read threads and send out quick holding responses just to get there IPA target for the day. The turnover of staff iis high, they make promises to get you through the door and fail to deliver, they expect you to make up hours if your late (your already working 10 hours a day) They cherry pick assessments on staff they like and want (it is supposed to be random) but overheard team leaders talking about assessments so this does happen. When trading standards eventually pick up on this customer service this company will take the hit. No parking for those travelling into work, so excessive rate parking fees to be paid, however there is parking on site only for management, tons of free spaces not being used.If you like to be a good customer service operator do not apply to this company unless you have no morals or ethics or happy to plough through loads of email threads risking your IPA target to actually deal with the customer. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 1.0 1.0 0.0 1.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 1299503 Open You will fold if you continue on this path. The job was awful, always having angry customers shout at you over the phone. One day we would work with Echo-U guidelines and benefits (i.e. Christmas off) then finding out JD CC don't close over Christmas so we would have to work even though the company we applied and were hired from was closed (no canteen, no coffee machines, no senior management) Finally, sort the rotas out as the work/life balance is awful - I did 3 weeks of 9pm finishes (including Sundays) with overtime that was pretty much forced upon the team so I worked 12 hour, days 4/5 days a week for nearly the full three weeks. I also booked a holiday that was pending for over a month.
