They have well-funded backing from their parent East Penn Manufacturing Co, and are taking their time to get it right. They engage many engineering disciplines and are poised to grow substantially in 2016 & beyond once their products hit the open market, and now would be a great opportunity to settle in for their next wave of growth and take part in shaping the company they will become. Salaries are competitive. Many current & new roles will require extensive & frequent national & overseas travel. The CEO is a joy & honour to work for, who brings out the best in people. | More like challenges they will need to address soon: being kind, their current middle-management structure is incomplete, as is their 'culture', and some head-strong engineers are not all rowing in the same direction - this is an opportunity. Based in Sydney city, you'll either love or hate that. It's a rapidly growing company, so 'growing pains' are inevitable.
