Its the people that will add value and make impact in your stay. | Employees does not want to engage anymore. A lot of changes that does not improve the wellbeing of the employees and state of the company. The app always crashes during campaigns and major events but they dont blame tech for it because its the favorite department. They blame the bd/marketing team "for not doing their jobs" also lots of manual processes. The hr team does not smile nor talk to people. They do not make the employees feel included or belong. They implemented the strict rto and if you cant go might a well take a leave as per hr team. You have to log in thru timesheet which defeats the flexi work arrangement. Dont be budol by the great reviews here. They required the employees to put a good review so that it will hide the bad ones. Bad benefits as well.
