CEO cannot be trusted. He doesn't care for his employees.

The leadership in India is good. Some good initiatives in the region.

The CEO hasn't empowered his leaders. He needs a reason to delay increments/bonuses of employees. "Select" employees get increments more than once a year & in 3 digits. no increments for "Other" employees. Abuses customers & yells at employees. Vindictive. Hasn't released the payments to vendors/partners for over 2 years.
No medical insurance for employees in India. Forces employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor & like his posts on LinkedIn else threats.
