Great place to begin career. Pay in some areas of the firm are lower than market and some other positions are very generous. The flexibility on remote/hybrid is great and the benefits/PTO are fantastic.

My colleagues are exceptional and always willing to collaborate on initiatives or provide support when I need it.
My favorite parts of working here are the flexibility to work from home and go into the office whenever there are opportunities to meet others for special events and community service as well as I've loved how you can rally support to take an idea from concept to implementation. The leaders love new ideas and want employees who can figure out how to make them a reality. This entrepreneurial spirit and the scrappiness transcends across the company.

Overall good working environment but no real opportunity for growth
|
Worked at company for 4 years. Pay was ok (negotiated before accepting role) and job was steadily busy. Most days were a 9 - 10 hour day - even on Fridays. Could sometimes be hard finding work/life balance. Received yearly bonus at end of year (size was dependent on business success) but did not get a sizeable overall pay increase each year. Would not have been an issue if there was opportunity for growth to a higher position- which there wasn't. You are pretty much stuck in the role for which you were hired. Environment was mostly good as coworkers were helpful and friendly. Appreciated the monthly holiday and end of year celebrations.

I made outbound calls, not much more to explain. They had many meetings and had a good culture. From what I understand, they had limited financial offerings for clients. Mostly IRAs, 401k management, and mutual funds.
