None, I was miserable my entire time working there. I was hired as a sdr meaning it’s my job to book demos and for my assigned rep to close them. My demos never closed and all the notes from my rep said they liked the product but couldn’t afford it. Cost became a huge issue because schools are broke and these websites are expensive. After almost a year working there I was told If my demos don’t close more I’ll be let go. I was never told when I was hired or my entire experience up until that point that it was my responsibility they closed. Obviously I wanted them to close for the commission but at the end of the day I’m just an sdr, I don’t do the demos or close deals and I have no control over the clients budget problems. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 6.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 807473 Open Seriously don’t put the blame on the SDR, maybe if the rep can’t close the deals it’s on them. Teamwork / collaboration, positive communication. productivity, high standards set so that we can rise to the occasion, innovative and trying in each moment to serve clients and make all of their dreams come true while not losing sight of company goals. Very approachable leadership. Concern for each individual in the company and each client that we serve. A system that we can have full confidence is of the utmost quality in the ed tech field. Some tension between people (which you will find anywhere). Changing seasons of the school year affect work load. Some miscommunication at times about expectations, but improving significantly. You've have to keep your attitude up as we make plenty of cold calls, but its great training. Good food, and they are working on improving the team and our process.
