Great concept but poor management and training.

Gratifying feeling of helping jobseekers into new career paths.

Low pay for multi tasking employees , bait and hooks you into lower paying position once foot is in the door. No REAL room for advancement unless they have a preference for you, only 30 minutes lunches then back to the grind for very little appreciation of your hard work and effort. Maybe EDSI's headquarters is unaware of the high turn over their contracted companies ( Pa Careerlink ). Hopefully if the contracted companies implemented the EDSI core and values employees wouldn't feel so cheated out of growth opportunities during their short lived employment with them.

Do better, your staff shouldn't feel hopeless while fulfilling everyone else's work duties and never getting paid for it. Other than that, EDSI itself seems like a decent company to work for directly. The CEO seems like a really decent guy. to bad PaCareerlink makes them look bad.
