Best team of people to work with and the upper managements are awesome.

The snacks are great but need to change them out with something different once in a while.

Stay away. Dated product with limited demand. Bad management.
Free snacks and the occasional free lunch
Really awful management team. There’s unfair and discriminatory practices, verbally abusive actions on the part of senior manage, met. Revolving door for employees.

Sell while it has some value. The products have not kept up with the feature demand and the competitive landscape. The develop and debug in client locations is unacceptable business practices in today’s market. The “create something that looks good but doesn’t work yet” philosophy doesn’t work anymore. And it’s not fair to clients.

Very responsible! Great benefits - work from home right now
The benefits that the company provides are well above places I have worked before. People posting about management not caring for staff is just not correct. They were quick to have us work remote in this COVID world we are all in now. No one I know was let go during this transition either....which is HUGE right now! Amazing people, great products, it is great place t work.
Tough to stay 'connected' to all the team members (now over 200) during this pandemic...but I imagine that is the same at many businesses working 100% remote.

Great People
I worked with amazing dedicated colleagues who care about the work they do and take pride in there work.
They don't offer sick time; only PTO to use as both vacation/sick. Work form home/remotely frowned on.

Add sick time so employees don't feel obligated to come to work sick or the ability to work from home when not 100%.

Great benefits
Great people. Great benefits. 401K matching. Health insurance comes with a company funded FSA portion and a Health Fund to cover much of the deductibles. Small enough company to feel like you see and know people from other departments in addition to your own department. Executive team cares about the people.
A few growing pains as the company gets bigger.

Great Place to Work!
Not sure about the negative experiences people have left on here, but I've had nothing but positive at Edupoint and from what I've seen so have many others. There definitely isn't a revolving door here and people stay for long periods of time. The management are all very friendly and offer a great work/life balance.
Lots of free snacks in the kitchens and free lunches on the regular. PTO could be more, but they offer a week off between Christmas and New Year's so that makes up. 401K is matched in the first percentages. Health benefits are comparable with other companies I've worked for. Overall I've loved it here!
None really, always feel a positive environment here.

The most enjoyable part of the job was my last day. My tenure included: the harshest and most passive aggressive criticism from any manager I've ever received across any industry, the least supportive human resources department I've ever worked with, and the most stressful and anxiety inducing team culture I've ever been a part of.
Upon arriving and spending a week in my position, I was informed by several members of the company that if I lasted more than a month I would have lasted longer than the four previous people hired for my position.
I received zero real training or expectations before I was expected to begin editing and proofreading copy from other teams. All of my questions were rebuffed, redirected, or put down as unimportant. These questions included basic inquiries about style guides, software expectations, and general day-to-day administrative questions. I was told not to worry about making mistakes, and that they would be addressed.
When questions were addressed, they were treated derisively, and answers were given at rapid fire pace. When I made mistakes, I was demeaned in front of my entire team, and given passive aggressive feedback in oral and written forms.
My concerns were brought to the human resources department, but plans for action were put off for more than a week while the same behavior continued. Team environment suffered, and eventually it became clear that any real change would come at the expense of those of us already ill-affected and looking to leave.
To preserve my own personal health and dignity, I left my position. Since then, human resources has failed to verify employment dates and job title for any of my prospective employers, and failed to send my COBRA information in a reasonable amount of time.
Bottom line, there likely have been changes made to the position and team structure since my departure. There were definite pluses to working for this company, they were simply overshadowed by my own experience. I hope that this only serves as a record of my experience, and not as a prescription for anyone filling my position in the future. The most enjoyable part of the job was my last day.
