Malicious and Condescending staff in the business office- it's a clique not a professional atmosphere. Upper management does not listen to employees therefore causing more work than is necessary. Inadequate training for software. Completely takes advantage of salaried employees by expecting them to essentially be on call for every event (with almost no notice) to help on & off campus despite it not being in their job description. Team player to them means shutting your mouth, going along with "the program" even if it is to the determent to the students and borderline illegal. Students were delayed or mislead in regards to their accounts and when asked for clarification was pushed aside. Within the time I was employed there several employees either quit or got let go & we nearly all had something in common - We pushed for accountability and we knew our areas of expertise. To top it off: Inadequate safety measures in place for staff in regards to Covid-19. Do not work there! Communication and Leadership skills are lacking desperately. Get rid of people who are condescending and self righteous. Have a structured system so you don't have student and parents calling 5x a day regarding 1 particular problem. Insist on proper training so not just 1-2 people in the business office determines when things get completed. Have accountability for the long timers so that things get done in a timely manner and not when they feel like it.
