You have to follow strong hierarchy in this company. It was a situation when employer was not
able to find appropriate customer for the product that I was working on and employer obligated
me to take on more projects and earn more money. I tried to discuss with technical director and
suggest something that might help to find out customers for my product. But Shirokanov Yuri
said that I must follow hierarchy, he said that I don't have rights to intrude into management
routines, he said that I must follow hierarchy.
I completely forgot about hierarchy, I just wanna to help to find out customers.
After small polemics he said that I'm not able to follow hierarchy and he fired me.
When I looked at my contract I found a point where it is said that I must follow hierarchy.
