You come to work and you will find a lot of camaraderie. In 2017 eFolder purchased Axcient which has identical products. Axcient offers and appliance and so is eFolder (Replibit). How does that make any sense? Same company selling two products to compete with one another. Axcient has this proclaimed wiz bang product call Fusion which nobody buys. Fusion is so brain dead. Axcient can keep on developing it from now until eternity and there will not be customers for it. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 3.0 1.0 4.0 3.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 953342 Open Beef up eFolder's core business which is: Replibit, Anchor, and Cloudfinder and get rid of the rest. Put in accountability into the attitude of every working at eFolder. They kept giving up their equity to acquire halfbaked companies. They don't have the resources to support these products and they are now obsolete. The acquisition of Axcient was a horrible decision since you knew it would not integrate with Replibit. You're now competing with yourself and have another mess to manage. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 5.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 953342 Open Only sell Replibit, Anchor, and Cloudfinder. Build eFolder File/Folder into Anchor and sell it as an add-on. Put development into Anchor, the product is missing basic things that competitors have. There isn't even a read-only function for Anchor. Cloudfinder is missing tons of features. Replibit is a good product, but just needs a few more things added and an updated interface less portals. eFolder's biggest problem is not updating their products. If their products kept up with the industry their sales would be much better. At the end I remember being on calls and people were just hating on the products. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 6.0 Jan 29th, 2021 10:34PM Jan 29th, 2021 10:34PM eFolder Technology Software & Computer Services
private:efolder https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=953342 Sep 2nd, 2018 12:00AM Open Open eFolder United States USA Axcient/eFolder earns my respect daily They value intelligence and integrity and truly seem to respect their employees. I smile every work day. Yes there is a structure and an org chart, but folks so far down on the org chart that they aren't named individually can strike up conversations with any of the top level officers that make up the peak of the org chart on any day of the week and will be treated as humans with valid voices. The CEO does know your name. The company places a premium on quality of products and integrity of process and of employees. The company is progressive and fun, and so are the people. The workforce is engaging and diverse. The snacks in the break-room are on the healthful side. Positive experience all around. As with any company, there are occasional issues of internal politics that may increase friction rather than decreasing it. But as company politics go, it is seemingly mild. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 953342 Open (May wish to update some company officer info in this listing?) 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Jan 29th, 2021 10:34PM Jan 29th, 2021 10:34PM eFolder Technology Software & Computer Services
private:efolder https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=953342 Aug 24th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open eFolder United States USA Ship of Fools. Boat of Losers. As a new hire 2 years ago, I was paid quite a bit above the high tech average. But that did not last long before eFolder acquired Axcient. All the stock option was nullified and benefits are back to whatever eFolder has. The work environment can be seen as relaxed so that work-life balance can be maintained with ease. Fusion is a product of losers. First, it dried up the funds from Axcient and now it continues to do the same with eFolder. Despite all the rallying behind this product which creates a lot of smoke and mirror. The bottom line, there is no big buyer out there. Management uses the method called "intimidation" to win their cause or case or whatever they want to prove. If you want to make you case, you have to be bold to fight back. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 3.0 1.0 5.0 1.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 953342 Open Axcient is a ship of fools and a boat of losers. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Jan 29th, 2021 10:34PM Jan 29th, 2021 10:34PM eFolder Technology Software & Computer Services

private:efolder https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=953342 Aug 8th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open eFolder United States USA Best cloud company out there eFolder markets itself as the best company in the market. This is such a big laugh because the company is not on solid ground alright. Upper management seems to be on cloud 9 and do not grasp the reality of the market and their position. The biggest drawback is customers with just a little bit of IT knowledge will transfer their environment to Amazon AWS and save a ton of money. Why pay eFolder to host their backups and failover? private:efolder https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=953342 Aug 8th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open eFolder United States USA Should have kept my mouth shut Like any other high tech company, eFolder has its share of good and bad, highs and lows. I did not know that as a quality assurance engineer on Fusion, I am supposed to write only "Passed"/"Failed" tests. So when I put on the customer's hat and gave feed back on a Fusion feature, I was met with hostility from the management. They did not like and did not tolerate what they have heard. Immediately I was sidelined and taken off the project. private:efolder https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=953342 Aug 6th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open eFolder Accounting Manager Denver, CO Company is in desperate need of changes. Location, benefits and office perks including happy hours and RTD pass. This is a long list but I'll keep it to the high points. I'll start with the company's lack of leadership and direction. So much turnover at the director and manager level and when nothing changes, nothing changes. If something needs to be done, there will rarely be someone available to do what's necessary so others can be successful. Simple things can take extraordinary amounts of time and effort to complete due to lack of teamwork and attention. There was also a mess of an acquisition in 2017. There are more products than the company can support, and too many international entities with poor oversight. It is a nightmare of misinformation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 5.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 953342 Open Be flexible and understanding of the current climate. Nothing against new staff, they seem nice. SAD to see so many go though that know how to manage the messiness of eFolder, will hurt their customers. Lack of vision, products that do not work. Not enough R&D to fix them or support them. Benefits lacking, medical insurance out of pocket VERY high and lacking coverage. 401K, no match, NOTHING. Management that beats you up.
