Super fun - wish I didn’t have to leave!

This is the best job I’ve ever had. I wish so bad I could’ve stayed. Had to leave because of outside circumstances and I cried on my last day. I wish I could come back but I live too far away.
The work culture is so fun and lively. Every day was great and I never got tired of the work. They gave free snacks/food every now and then, and the employees and management were all super nice. They always had fun events going on too (holiday events, fun competitions with coworkers, etc.)
I always felt like my opinions mattered. They made it a point to always ask you ways in which the department could be improved, and they made you feel like your contribution to the company was important. This was the first job I’ve had where I felt appreciated. When there were issues in the department, the manager would do everything they could to address those issues. And if I ever had a question, I never felt afraid to ask. Everyone was always willing to help out.

Get in early (7:30AM) and get out early (3:30PM). So if you're an early bird, this place takes the cake.
Never overworked. Management understands the boundaries of work. You will never take home more work. (not even connected to the work email)
Great Atmosphere, music always playing, food always available.
Employee relations are great, no bad blood ever.
CEO is extremely on top of his business. If you want to be around a go-getter or a winner, this is the place to be. Totally an inspiration to witness.
Most of management is from the companies early days, showing that they promote from within.
IF by chance you do not fit in one position and you've shown you are a good employee, they will find the right fit for you, instead of getting rid of you.

The pay doesn't suck but it could be much better. Competitive hourly pay but not enough for rent in the local area. You can't live in Irvine and pay rent on only eGumball income.
Some employees are extremely technologically disadvantaged, it takes away from your day to have to help them every 5 minutes.
Systems and processes of doing the job were very outdated. After a few hundred calls, you start to feel like a robot. (you're doing a job a robot cant do yet, the only reason you're there)
Too many interruptions including food, people way too distracted from doing their jobs

During my time here, I've seen many employees come and go. The turnover rate is high. Expectations are high depending on which department you work in. Also, little room for advancement. Someone has to leave in order to be moved up, but most don't considering they are the only ones making somewhat of a decent pay. Everyone else is entry level making very little.

That will never happen not even $70,000 you have to win top producer every month in order to even hit there minimum of $50,000 per year which about 5 out of 30 are doing! Good place to learn and grow. However not a place to spend more than 2 years at if your a millennial!
