Nice view, ok if you have no other option.

Badly thought out changes leaving you with a new boss every 6 months that knows nothing about what´s required from them or what his/her employees are capable off. Layoffs every 2-3 months that lead to a scare culture, where everyone's insecure about their job and no teamwork as a result or transferring of experience/knowledge.
Very old fashioned hierarchical men's club culture and nepotism.

Lots of overtime hours for those looking to increase their salary that way. Relatively good salaries for unskilled labor. Positive towards new employees. always more than 3 days of so you could really get things done or go one small trips in your free time.

Difference in workload. Some days were way too relaxed and others way a bit to demanding and stressful. Sometimes required to work on holidays with minimum notice. Stressed

You work for 5 days and then you get the next 5 off, but still get a decent and competitive salary.
|
Monotonus work (doing the same thing over and over again). You might have to work on major holidays. Workload is not very balanced between shifts.
