They got rid of some good people and dead weight 2 years ago and there is plenty more dead weight that needs to go where that came from. they operate on Donations and Grant. They should start with the people at the top and work their way down until the dead weight is all gone. Then they can consider operating on Donations long term. The museum is staffed with innovative curators, educators, and marketing/development people. The museum is focused on inclusion and makes it a point to expel stereotypes and challenge visitors perceptions.
