Low employee engagement and a constant battle between union and management. Very low morale whenever new contracts are being negotiated. Weak middle management and a lot of favouritism.

They have a great community engagement
No need to take work home
They offer wonderful training

Management very petty and love to gossip. Also they choose to favor certain people.
Work culture is terrible, it could easily improve by making simple changes like moving the branch manager and assistant manager to manage paper work than human

Branch Management and HR staff is discriminating. Employee workplace culture is low. High staff turnover. No work life balance. Ongoing vacation time issues. Employees have lots of complaints about management. Management and HR make up their own truth to make employees look bad and to put them into a superior position.
