Eko has an excellent customer base, it's a true pleasure interacting with them on a daily basis. Because of the value placed on customer feedback, Eko takes suggestions and feedback seriously which leads to concrete developments. True team spirit here, everybody's view is taken seriously and informs company decisions. The team truly cares about making a change and disrupting the industry. The founders, who were also my bosses, were one of a kind, and I'm truly never going to find such an incredible mentors such as them. They inspired me to become an entrepreneur myself, and always pushed me to challenge myself on the job. Though the work was hard, they never micromanaged me, and yet always managed to check in with me about my experience whenever they could.
