Biggest mistake of my life
|

Nothing, I couldn't find a single good thing about this company
|
They will hire you in eKutir, saying that it is a 10 year old company, good career blah blah etc.. Once you join you will come to know their real face. Salary will never come on time, it is always delayed. By the time you get your salary you will be debt and the salary will be used to cover all the debts for your current month.
They delay salary without any prior information, HR and Finance team itself will not be able to tell you when will the salary come.
As I have mentioned before, they will hire you in eKutir and then they will push you to join other start-ups they have started, management and ceo and all will be same. So basically you will end up joining a few months old company and eKutir will backout from all the responsibilities. They will force you join their new companies in one day, where at midnight you will get an email from HR, attaching your resignation letter format of eKutir and the appointment letter of the new company. Since you have financial commitments and responsibilities you will have to accept and move ahead, else they will ask you to resign on the same day and move out from the company.
So you will start the journey with the new so called start-up, money comes in to the company from new investors, and you can see how relaxed the entire c suite team is, they will not be focusing on the product, operations and their team. They will be chilling and asking people to attend meetings. This is my first company I have seen as developer where developers spend maximum time of a day on meetings, not on coding.
So you will be getting the delayed salaries and the since the company has no motto and vision to develop a product they will give you the requirements at once and every day they will change it. So ultimately you will start with an objective to finish 10 modules in one month and end up working only on 1 module again and again, since all the requirements are given orally by the chairman of the company who has no relevant IT background and who doesn’t even understand IT.
So as an employee your experience and growth in this company would be zero. When you want to move on, they will come with new offers that they will increase your salary and all and once you say no to the compony who has offered you a good job and manage to continue with ekutir, the HR will come and tell you, sorry we cannot give an increment right now.
One fine day may be after 5 or 6 months after joining the new company of ekutir, you will get a call from the HR, saying we do not have money so we will not be able to give you salary anymore, please resign.
So finally you will have. Two experience certificates, both the companies are different, no learning experience, no growth and no financial growth. You will have to start your career again from scratch.

(i) You will get a job easily.
(ii) If you don't want to work but You have the skill of presenting your work then you will be appreciated and decent hike.

(i) CEO and his son don't know what they are doing.
(ii) CEO and his son don't know about their project and applications. So just think the scenario in front of investors and after that with the "Employees".
(iii) Focused on UI (User interface) only.
(iv) They have fake data in their DB.
(v) CEO wants punctuality from his labors(Employees) but the Salary process will start after the 10th day of the month.
(vi) Management issue.
(vii) Dictatorship.
(viii) Agriculture guys are running IT company.
(ix) HR trying to implement good things but because of management(CEO and his son), They can't do anything.
(x) The resignation process is the worst. After the resignation mail, they will hold your salary and you have to beg to them for salary.
But Don't worry after working here for a year or two you will learn how to beg.

The last place on this planet you will ever think to work with.
1. They have one inexperienced who doesn't read, write and speak English properly as HRM.
2. HRM is the decision maker of the company and she doesn't even listens to the CEO.
3. HR treat their employees like worthless people who doesn't deserve to be with the organization.
4. HR will shout at you everyday , she will ask you to report your operations and field work to her , I mean seriously ?
5. Heard that HR will also ask the developers to report their code work , I mean she doesn't even understand the fullform of ICT , but still she wants them to report her.
6. I had to quit my job because I was really frustrated with the biased and easily changing decision making system. Executive management decisions on operations and sales changes in every one hour.
7. This is family business run by their own family members so even if the HR do something wrong the CEO will simply ignore it, because it is a family run business.

you will end in a big mess. These guys are not here to do business, they take investors money in the name of impact and do nothing on the ground. They treat employees like slaves, shout at them , fire employees whenever they want, even without any notice.
