the insurance model has run this place into the ground! Clinician turn over getting faster and the work heaps on those left. They are slow to hire or replace!! Get ready for same pay and much more work! All the employee benefits sharply declined and there is zero moral.

consider the clients, please, and remember the employees that make up your company are toting a very heavy load. We used to budget money for trainings, and staff get togethers- and they mean so much to combat fatigue and burnout. At least a minimal COLA raise for all would be appropriate in this FOR PROFIT model.

Freedom to approach admissions how you would like to. I've worked for terrible facilities in the past where you read an admissions script, word for word, and if you didn't, you were punished. I get the idea behind that, but all of us here in admissions have experience and know what we are doing, the script b.s. should be used for people who have no experience, no sales techniques, no ability to build rapport / etc.

Poor management has gone in and out of here. I think we are at a good point now but there have been many growing pains. They haven't been completely upfront and honest about new majority investors, the CEO leaving and no one knew, and if they did, no one said anything, etc. It's definitely getting better but it was tough there for a moment

keep doing what you're doing. The correct people are managing (for the most part, aside for 1 or 2 people). It's normal to go through growing pains when you own 12 different facilities but I think Anthony and the rest of the exec's who are still here are honestly doing their best and legitimately care about the team we have and the facilities we own.
