I’ve found shoulders to cry on and made friends.
The mission of the company is good and the company has made great positive impacts. Lots of vacation time and flexibility for most employees .

It’s no one’s fault but my own I’ve stayed this long. I would caution anyone from working here There are cultural issues with the company and issues with valuing employees for more than their jobs. I’ve waited this long to write a review because I no longer care about getting in trouble for saying something negative. You can get in trouble for saying things it gets back to you. All talk, no game when it comes to a lot of things

Transparency, look it up. Stop avoiding situations and muzzling people trying to make things better and fairer. A manager is someone who manages, it’s not just a title given due to tenure. Think about why so many stars have left recently. It’s not them, it’s you. Why is turnover so high

The days really fly by when you're working here - Elevate is doing a lot and you definitely won't be bored because there's always something for you to work on. They're flexible with letting you work from home whenever you need to. They prioritize diversity in all staff especially leadership.

Good benefits and culture

Overall, good culture. They are very big into the environment and mindfulness. They encouraged board game nights, Spanish language practice, running clubs, parties for all occasions. Flexible work hours, which some people abused, but was helpful for people with kids or other obligations outside of work. Really good benefits. They do good work, and are really eager to take on new projects, sometimes to a fault.

Way too many people at the top. I think there were more managers than non-managers at one point and people getting "promotions" which was really just a job title change that didn't really mean much. There were managers there that I don't know what they actually did since they weren't managing anyone....they were just kind of there. There wasn't a lot of upward mobility with actual self and career improvement.
