Not many pros for this place - basically, employees get paid. That's the best I can do.

This is THE MOST toxic work environment I've ever been in. The dishonesty of senior leadership and lack of integrity of managers, including human resources and department chairs is immeasurable. The quid pro quo deals and disingenuous nature of leaders is off the chart. There is a strategic effort to protect the incompetence of senior staff. All institutions have problems. The racism in this one is explicit.
