CTO very knowledgeable, moves architecture in right direction (AWS, services, etc). Key tech personnel is here for a long time (3-5 years min but there are some guys 7-8+ years) - friendly people, casual environment.
Good benefits and bonuses, quite high for the industry. Company invests in internal and external trainings, more and more lately.
Salaries are being indexed on a regular basis, vacation days can be added based on additional work as needed, so there is flexibility.

Maybe worth investing in lunch for all employees, for all offices.

There are good technical challenges which could help you to grow. Having micromanagement and demanding boss is a chance for you to practice your politics, negotiation and leadership skills.

Jeff Bezos style of management. Too much pressure and control from the management. Companies or teams run by fear and scandals should be avoided at all costs. I found negative information before applying on this job from the Bulgarian employee reviews website bgrabotodatel. However I told myself that it could not be that bad and I am a professional so stayed a while to learn and challenged myself. The colleagues was good, the salary was fine, the job itself was amazing, however it was difficult for me to adapt the management style and communicate with my boss. The company is searching for people with families and kids, people which had issues on previous jobs (don't even think to mention this) or foreigners in Bulgaria because they are week in finding jobs fast and more likely they will work like crazy. Good to know that in Bulgaria there is corruption and the law is not like USA (good justice system), where you can resolve serious problems at work fast (and your lawyers will help you be compensated for the suffering).

The CTO looks proficient to the Directors, based on the fact that he 'steal' knowledge and merits from the unusual talents turnover, but you and we deserve better managers, leaders and should stop this bad practice. It is not good if someone delays on interviews or meetings with prospective employees or external vendors. There is unusual employees turnover and you could investigate the reasons and takes corrective steps.
