A small company means that you really get to know the upper management
They have a casual dress code
Employees are professional, and easy-going (sense of camaraderie)
Definite opportunity for travel, since they are an international company

You must have a strong interest in telecommunications
Not the most amazing job security for those low on the totem pole
Very much the average office job- prepare to be on the phone a lot

People are mostly very friendly and eager to work as a team. Management makes every employee feel appreciated. Emida is a company that is on its way up and makes everyone feel proud to work there. When mistakes are made, there is very little CYA and blaming - they just try to sold the problem and do what they can to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

They are a small company with limited resources. Salaries are generally on the low side and benefits are just okay. No matching 401K.
