Employees in most branches are appreciated and looked out for. The company has many long time employees, as well as bringing in new younger generations in order to keep up with the times.

the only pro is the thought of what it could potentially be, but you will be let down once you agree and see what the reality of the company is

The reality of this company, and this is not opinion, these are facts. 1 they do not even have a sales rep. 2 they let the customers walk all over them 3 there is no structure and no standard operations procedures for any account or process. 4 micromanagement. 5 faulty equipment 6 you will not be given the tools to succeed and they will let you fall very hard.

Great Staff: Everyone took responsibility for each other, making it a very nice place to work. In addition, lower management was lax as long as the job at the end of the day was done.
Work was easy: Most of the work I did, on the import side, was from europe, so after 12pm our time there was very little to do. Unfortunately one can't leave but it made for an easy day.

Atrocious software: Seriously still using 2000 era programs and coding languages from 1970s
Bad eating: Company often would buy lunches, but it was always high in fat/carbs/sugar. Often had donuts in the morning.

Organized work loads. Good export system , competitive salary. Easy access work place several routes to reach the office

Poor Management. Company allows others employees to bully new employees and when the person quits they suddenly want to fix the problem. No room for advancement, many employees have left due to a particular employee who mistreat them.
Medical benefits, vacation, sick days, personal days are not good

No room for advancement. They work you hard, it's a small company so there is no one to cover more than the bare minimum. When you take time off expect to work extra hours before and after to get work done. Benefits costs per paycheck are high as is the annual deductible.
