The flexibility that EMPAUA offers is definitely my favourite thing about working here. Secondly is the ability to work with extremely talented, ambitious individuals - our recruitment process is pretty involved, with input and feedback provided from both peers and managers, which I think works really well. We work with a lot of start-up's... and whilst these might not always be the biggest/most complex of projects, they certainly come with their challenges and as a Project Manager it keeps me on my toes, and it's really interesting to work with so many interesting companies.

Whilst the flexibility is amazing... a lot of people still struggle with self-management and being accountable for their actions which can have a knock on effect on the people around them, which can be frustrating at times.
