I enjoy working here because of well structed weekly meeting updates for all employees. These meetings bring us up to date on busniness pursuits and business wins. Question and answer sessions at these meetings are very useful.
Periodic employee acheivement recognition and birthdays celibrated monthly at these meetings.

If you were a worker you covered the non workers but the pay was the same. Lots of back stabbing. No team work. Management didn't seem to care. They had their favorites.

it was a cool job when I was there I learned a lot. A typical work day contained of making live battery cells for electric cars.
The culture was great, everyone got along. The hardest part of the job was learning how to program formulas.
The most enjoyable part of the job were learning how to set up the new machinery and seeing progress.

Lithium batteries aren’t selling like everyone predicts. This company is no exception. An antiquated management staff leftover from their Delphi days can’t seem to pull it all together. Their financial stability remains to be proven. There are better employers out there with better benefits, but if you need a job to pay the bills this may be a good fit.

I enjoyed my job with EnerDel, however the constant strain of not knowing if/when you would get paid made it more of a struggle. Getting blind sided, lied to and the miscommunication were a daily thing.
