Tons of opportunity to learn and grow, no 2 days are the same, and if you work hard, your work will be rewarded. Beautiful office space, good benefits, plenty of perks, and very collaborative coworkers.

If you are not familiar with how a start-up operates, I would do some reading around before you commit. There is a certain lack of stability in any sense, constant organizational changes, shifting company objectives, etc. Which is needed for a new company to be flexible and adaptive, but is stressful for employees.

I feel I need to add because this company has hurt a lot of people and wasted time. I don’t want this to happen to anyone more.
Upon hiring and onboarding, I was promised everything, healthy company, unique product..flying off the shelf, customer base, great operating/ comp plan, and great team…dang I was excited to work for these guys! In the first two months, I quickly found out there is no product, there is no strategy, and nothing significant has ever been sold (and don’t let the GE “partnership” fool you). It’s 2023, what have you been doing for the last 9 years???? You can’t keep using “Start-up” year after year. Enlitic is dishonestly and poorly ran. It’s catching up. I started looking for another gig.
I was “bought” for my accounts. They didn’t get one. I would never risk my reputation or subject my customers with vaporware promises.
Jim Connors has to be shielded from the main team as he flys off the rails. Kevin Lyman is non existent with the company. The core guys of the company all previously worked together and buddy-buddy. A sloppy unprofessional bunch to say the least.
