Org chart continually reorganised. Aiming to expand but continuous exits.
Have seen sales team grow and shrink. Services team the same.
When these teams are small, work is absorbed.
Development team still getting reorganising after leadership change.

1. Great office - the building itself is stunning and plenty of perks
2. Has that start-up vibe - you feel like the numbers really matter and every win (doesn't matter how big or small) is celebrated

1. High turnover of staff - Good people made redundant or leave. Hiring and firing of good staff members was a reoccurring theme. This doesn't build experience and it shows in the lack of directing of the business
2. The goal posts keep changing In the sales team - targets move, industries change, lead dry up, the commission gets capped and the Sales teams targets are the numbers that suffer.
