Great company to start at.
Senior staff are always available and ready to help when encountering roadblocks. Tech stack is great and has a wide array of architecture so you are always learning something new.
Everyone is QA/Dev/Management is nice and helpful which has created a very healthy work environment.
Great work/life balance.
Gym right next to the office also.
Office has no parking space (central london).
Legacy code that can be challenging for newcomers to edit.
Not using pure agile methodology (using a mixture of waterfall/agile), so there is downtime between planning and coding, which can definitely be optimized.
Salary is in the middle range, it could be higher.

A 'start-up' that's run its course
Paid the bills
Occasional meals out
Awful and depressing environment
Product relies on one company for around 70% of it's revenue. If they were to lose that client they would be bankrupt within months - no security
Outdated software stack with certain senior developers reluctant to deviate from how things were done in the 80s
Functionally comparable to Google's Stackdriver which will no doubt run them out of business soon enough, especially with increase cloud adoption
The original founders left the company long ago and since then it has clearly lost direction

Improve the company culture so it's not quite so awful
Foster an open discussion of ideas
Make environment less hostile
(although I think with current management this is a lost cause)

Exciting Company, Great Work Hard - Play Hard Environment
While I'm fairly new to the team, I find Entuity a fantastic place to be. I love that everyone seems on the same page about where the company is going and is working hard to get us there. There's a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and the team works hard to meet all the deadlines. There are quite a few folks who have been around for many years but there are also some younger people who have joined also. People work hard but it's also a company with a very good work-life balance.
The office can be a bit quiet sometimes. It's nice there are lunches and after work drinks sometimes but maybe there's a way to get people engaged on a regular basis in the office, across the different teams.

Good work - keep up the regular communication about what's going on company wide. That's really helpful, especially since so many people work outside the London office.

A company going places
Great vision by the management team - arguably the strongest management team I've ever worked for. They are open to ideas, discussion and trust their staff.
There are exciting times ahead for the company, everyone is working hard to take the product to the next level.
The benefits package is good, salaries very competitive, and throw into the mix flexible working hours and a superb location (and offices) in the City of London, this is a very attractive place to work.
Company culture could be more vibrant.

Great company, but not keeping pace with the market
Development team churn out impressive code every 6 months,
Company work ethic is great, co-workers very supportive, reasonable benefits package
Getting left behind in the NMS space as to reliant on legacy SNMP technology, lack of long term vision is damaging chance of success

Great company, great technology, but top level leadership questionable, need to broaden their supported technologies into storage, servers etc. Need to reinvent themselves in the new SDN era of networking or they risk loosing everything
