At EOI I had a chance to work on some unusual projects that were challenging and interesting. | EOI's upper management views their employees as disposable and it was apparent. The upper management had often made me feel worthless and not part of the team. The upper management was notorious for re-writing the annual bonus structure just weeks before it was time to write the checks.
