Its exciting to work for a company in an up and coming industry, and Envisiontec is doing a lot of great things for society with the COVID pandemic right now and I believe will be a great company to work for in the future. Like any workplace there are times that can be high stress and there are lots or criticism's of the CEO on this website. Working here you might have encounters with the CEO, he will be extremely straight forward, I think too many people take things personally and that is why he is criticized. Just try and remember you are in a work environment and he expects results. He is very intelligent so keep in mind his actions are always in the best interest for the company to succeed. The controller is very personable who is willing to help you figure out any problems you cant on your own, and will give you great experience getting accustomed to Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel. The accounting team staff are knowledgeable in their tasks and do a lot, so be prepared to work hard, you get two walks a day to step away for a couple minutes to unwind.

The high turnover rate can make things difficult at times and the people who stay take on a lot of responsibilities, remember that if one of them is asking something of you. Offer to help instead of criticize and figure out what you can do to make the job easier or more efficient the next time.

Do you want to work for a company that wont let you work 7-4 (because I had class) and force you to work 8-5 then they expect you to work night shifts when it benefits them? Then go to EnvisionTec where they suck the life out of you for bare minimum pay and expect you to work night shifts when they offer no flexibility on a regular work day? This company is a Con in itself. There are no pros. Most of all the good reviews you see were bribed with gift cards. This is just a list of cons.

The technology is amazing and fascinating and you can't find better co-workers anywhere. Team work is essential to the success of any business and Envisiontec scores high on on the scale for that;and not only teamwork but there's a genuine camaraderie and concern for one another. My supervisor has always been fair and insightful to our team's needs.

Can be chaotic and very high pressure at times. There's definitely room for growth and improvement, as there is with every company, but in my several years here I've seen that the positives out way the negatives.

The best perks of working at Envision TEC is how the all the employees are very caring for one another, there is a beverage/snack bar as well as a first aid kit area, easy accessible bathrooms/lunch room, we're allowed two 15 min breaks to refresh, 30 min lunch break, everyone is super friendly and welcoming to each other as well as to our clients. The technicians, sales representatives and customer service team is outstanding. (I know a lot of people claim this about their company but we all know any job dealing with customers or hard work environments can sometimes be a drag. But this company has been and is so easy going and overall seriously pleasant!) We actually genuinely care to assist our clients and give them a warm personalized experience with every need our clients may have. Not because we're trying to sell or view our clients as dollar signs, but because we're one human being talking to another. We believe that everyone deserves common courtesy, equality and respect! I've been working here for some time and I've had my fair share of good and bad work environments, but this is by far the best I've come across. The work atmosphere is family orientated and no one ever feels left out! Overall, I've been happily content being employed by Envision TEC.

Since we have a secure walk in/out, that is only badge accessible. (Which is great.) It would be convenient if we had a buzzer to allow access to incoming client's/employee's. But not a big deal whatsoever.

Advice to manager Z would be to keep doing whatever it is that she has been doing! I have no seen another manager like her in all of my past experienced jobs. Any task that she has, she accomplishes in a timely, precise, productive manner. She's approachable and friendly. CEO is attentive and outgoing. He is laser focused on the in's and out's of his company and the products he offers. He's always searching for new things to better serve our clientele and sure the service we provide is at our best capacity.
