The sugical team are toxic and abusive. No training. Very old system. The managers are looking for car salesmen to work in the dental field for more money not integrity. Computer software is super old. No system no records kepts. Horrible enviroment placed by area managers. Owners dont care.

The turnover rate is unbelievable.

HR is a disaster of a woman. She creates drama between people in each office. You should be able to trust HR...instead you’re scared to say anything.
Doctors don’t stay long once hired, they quit when they realize what a mistake they made by accepting the position as a DDS at EON Clinics.
EON is very cheap when it comes to obtaining things that the office may need.
All around very unprofessional! The good reviews on here are fake, I assure you. The bad ones are the ones you need to listen to...
Also, there’s no room to move up in the company.
If you accept a position here, it won’t take long to figure out what a mistake you made. Good luck!

It’s not healthy for your employees to feel as if they have to constantly look over their shoulder or walk on eggshells to keep a job. There needs to be a trust between staff and employees, and a regular basis for payment. Just my opinion, not good practice to give certain women employees higher pay because the owner believes she has a nice “rack”. The environment is toxic, stressful, and has a very high turnover rate. Spend more time utilizing and investing into the good management you have, Joey Diaz and Luke Jones, and stop demeaning and beating down your team. I would have stayed if I felt that I had the support of upper management and I wasn’t being sabotaged, verbally beat down, and at risk of constantly losing my job. This organization needs a good cleaning from the inside out.

The ability to grow, to work with a very cohesive group of assistants. We are like family. Caring about each other,having each others back. Challenging,interesting ,never boring. Competitive wages. The surgeons/prosthedontists are very skilled and surprisingly easy to work with. Minimal supervision. Everyone knows what they need to do. No one watching over your shoulder. I have never had a problem getting enough hours as with individual practices. The patients are very grateful for their life changing experience. Helping them is very rewarding. I have worked in other surgical/dental offices and can honestly say I have never been as happy anywhere.

Truthfully, after 10 years, I would be hard pressed to find cons. They do not have a 401K, but I understand that one will soon be implemented.
