There’s nothing good in this poorly managed to work for. Avoid being here, You’ll regret later. Company is being managed by bunch of highly paid consultants.

Poorly managed without any target. Top management only believes in meetings only and no results on paper. Very bed policies for all stakeholders be it customers or employees. Usually there’s fund crunch and resulting on salary delay, usually paid after 7-10 of month ending. Company hired many consultants for higher positions and mistrust among employees.
