Worst Experience I've Ever Had!
Pay was decent. Worked remotely. Some of the other employees were knowledgeable and helpful.
Owned by husband and wife. Husband who did the developing was nice but wife was a very difficult individual to work with and for.
Training: listened to recordings of other sales ppl...many of which were no longer there.
Pricing: all over the place. Not consistent. Couldn't give any quotes without approval first. Owner would look company up to see what their net worth was and base pricing given off of that. I.e. company worth alot of $$= higher price.
Technology: product was decent but they weren't the best to help when issues popped up.
Home office: they set me up with home office and we used 8x8 Voip phone system. If there were issues the woman owner yelled and blamed employees for issues.
Overall, not a good place if you value yourself at all. Training offered was terrible and that coupled with their non-structured and inconsistent pricing model made for many challenges.
They let me go via email. Couldn't even show me the respect to call me.

Owners need to be owners and not managers or trainers. You've got a good product but need better management of your day to day processes. Also, consider a stronger training program to get your new folks off to a running start.

Software Engineering Internship

Relaxed friendly environment, where I had the chance to learn an enormous amount and do a wide range of things. I worked with Android and IOS applications, added features to the companies SaaS solution and helped maintain the companies website.
The office can at times feel a bit small, but it is located in a nice part of San Jose right across the street from a bunch of restaurants.

A Multi-Hat, Dynamic Environment!
This company is very dynamic. Very flexible, a great family-style environment where each person on the team is a part of a common whole. Casual dress, easy to excel and grow, and evolving technology.
Can be hectic a bit at times, but that comes with the late stage start up environment.

Social Media and Marketing Internship
None, this company is as bad as they come.
"Fun young startup company..." is in their headline but the company is anything but fun. All your do is sit a room and write 4 articles roughly 1000 words in total every week. As a social media internship you write articles all week and post them online. What are the articles about? PDF flash flipbook. Worse experience (and the other intern) of my life. Stay away.
